EstateEnhance ("we", "our", or "us") is operated by ArgonCore FZE, a company registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our mobile application and related services.

- Account information: Your email address, used to authenticate you via magic link.
- Photos: Images you upload for AI enhancement or virtual staging. These are stored securely on our servers and processed solely to deliver the service.
- Payment information: Billing and subscription data processed by Stripe. We do not store your card details — Stripe handles all payment processing.
- Device token: Push notification token to send you enhancement completion alerts.
- Usage data: Number of credits consumed, enhancement history, and basic usage metadata.
2. How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate you and manage your account
- To process your photos through AI enhancement and virtual staging
- To manage your subscription and credits via Stripe
- To send push notifications about your enhancement results
- To improve the reliability and quality of our service
3. Data Storage and Security
Your photos and account data are stored on servers within the European Union or the United States, operated by trusted cloud providers. We apply industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS) and access controls.
Photos uploaded for enhancement are retained for the duration of your account. You may request deletion at any time by contacting us.
4. Third-Party Services
- Google (Gemini AI): Used to process enhancement and staging requests. Images are submitted to Google's API and not retained by Google beyond the processing request.
- OpenAI: Used as a fallback AI provider for image processing.
- Stripe: Handles all payment processing. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
- Amazon Web Services (S3): Used for secure photo storage.
- Expo / Firebase: Used for push notification delivery.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We only share data with the service providers listed above, strictly to operate the service.
6. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Withdraw consent at any time by deleting your account

7. Children's Privacy
EstateEnhance is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
