Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the EstateEnhance mobile application and related services (the "Service"), operated by ArgonCore FZE, registered in Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, United Arab Emirates.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

EstateEnhance provides AI-powered photo enhancement and virtual staging for real estate listings. You upload photos, and our system processes them using artificial intelligence to produce enhanced or staged versions.

2. Account and Access

You must provide a valid email address to create an account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
One account per person or business entity.

3. Credits and Subscriptions

The Service operates on a credit-based system. Each enhancement or staging consumes one credit.
Credits may be obtained through a subscription plan or one-time top-up purchases.
Subscription credits are refilled monthly according to your plan. Unused credits may roll over as described in your plan details.
Credits are non-refundable unless an enhancement fails due to a technical error on our end, in which case the credit is automatically refunded.
Subscriptions renew automatically. You may cancel at any time through the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Upload content that is illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringes third-party rights
Upload images of persons without their consent
Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the Service or its APIs
Use the Service for any purpose other than real estate or property-related photography
Resell or redistribute the Service without written authorization

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant ArgonCore FZE a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely to deliver the Service to you.

We do not use your photos to train AI models or share them with third parties beyond what is required to operate the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The EstateEnhance application, its design, and its underlying technology are owned by ArgonCore FZE. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without written permission.

Enhanced images produced by the Service are yours to use for any lawful purpose.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages from third-party AI providers. We are not liable for losses resulting from temporary unavailability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ArgonCore FZE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data or business opportunities.

Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sharjah, UAE.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
